A person reads every advert before it can be bought. If something needs changing you are told exactly what, and you have paid nothing yet.

Choose a run and pay
Pick how far it reaches and for how long. Pay by EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks or card through Paynow. Longer runs cost less a week.

Go live
It is on the showcase the moment payment clears. You see how many people looked and how many contacted you, and you can renew from the same screen.

06Questions
Before you start.
How long until it is live?
A person reads your advert first, and you are told the moment they decide, in the app and by email if you have email notifications on. Once it is approved you choose a run and pay, and it goes live as soon as the payment clears.
What if my advert is sent back?
You see the reason, change what is needed and send it again. You have not paid anything at that point, because a run can be bought only after approval.
Can I change it once it is live?
Yes, but a live advert cannot be edited in place, so that what was approved is what people see. Changing it takes it off the showcase until it is read again, and your paid time keeps counting while it is off.
What happens when my run ends?
It leaves the showcase and nothing further is charged. Renew from the same page and the new run starts when the old one would have ended, so renewing early costs you nothing.
Do you verify my business?
No, and the showcase says so on every advert. Verification is what a listed professional or a listed estate agent has. An advert is a paid placement that has been read for content.
Can a law firm or an estate agent advertise too?
Yes. The showcase is for any business. Being on it does not make anybody a verified professional, and an advert that implies it will be sent back.
Can I get a refund?
Not for unused time. Paynow has no way to hold money and release it later, so a run is bought once, in full, and starts straight away. That is why an advert is read before you pay and not after.
Ten minutes to write it. A person reads it. Then it is live.
You need an account to write an advert, and nothing is charged until it has been approved.
