The practice
Sable was founded by two former commercial crime investigators and works almost entirely for legal practitioners and their clients.
We trace assets in judgment enforcement, investigate procurement and payroll fraud, take statements, and prepare evidence bundles that a court will accept. Our reports are written to be annexed to an affidavit, which is a different discipline from writing them to be read internally.
We work under instruction from a practitioner wherever privilege matters, and we say plainly when a matter needs one.
