The practice
Nyanga acts in corporate insolvency and business rescue. We take appointments as liquidator and as judicial manager, and we advise boards and creditors before an appointment is on the table.
A good deal of our work is the conversation that happens early: a solvent restructuring, a scheme with creditors, or a sale of the business as a going concern. By the time a company is in provisional liquidation the options have usually narrowed to the ones nobody wanted.
We work alongside the practitioner on record and do not displace them.
