The practice
Msasa files and prosecutes trade marks, patents and designs, and acts on infringement.
We do clearance searches before a client commits to a name, national and ARIPO filings, renewals that are actually diarised, and opposition and enforcement work. A substantial part of what we do is counterfeit seizures with the authorities, which is field work as much as it is paperwork.
Litigation is run with a practitioner instructed. We prepare the file and the evidence and we do not appear.
