The practice
Chiremba serves process for practitioners, the messenger of court and corporate clients across all ten provinces.
We serve summons, notices and court orders, trace respondents who have moved, and file returns of service written to be relied on rather than merely filed. Where service is refused or evaded we say so in the return, with what we did and when, because a return that overstates is worse than no return at all.
